Extended Absentee Voting Hours Offered in Loudoun through November 5

Extended hours for absentee voting in Loudoun County in advance of the General Election on Tuesday, November 8, 2011, are being offered through Saturday, November 5, 2011.

Absentee voting is available at the Office of the General Registrar, 750 Miller Drive, S.E., Suite C, Leesburg, 20175, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., through Friday, November 4, 2011. Absentee voters may also cast ballots at that location on Saturday, October 29, and Saturday, November 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Absentee voting is also offered at the Cascades Senior Center, 21060 Whitfield Place, Sterling, 20165. Monday through Friday hours at Cascades are from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On Saturday, October 29, and Saturday, November 5, the hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday, November 5, 2011, is the last day to vote an absentee ballot in person.

The redistricting coincides with elections for both County Supervisors and County School Board Representatives.   DSNFE will do its best to keep you informed with upcoming election information as this has a direct effect on public education. Websites to each candidate is listed for you to become better educated with each potential representative.
